Privacy policy

When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, and whatever you chose to put in the company, budget, deadline and brief fields. Nothing else on this site collects personal data.

Our server keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested path and timestamp) for security and debugging. These are retained for 30 days.

There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels, no cross-site cookies and no data sales. The free tools on this site run entirely in your browser; scripts and dimensions you enter are never transmitted to us.

To answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project and invoice it. The lawful basis is legitimate interest for responding to an enquiry you initiated, and contract performance once a project is underway.

Our email provider and CRM, as processors. Where a partner creative is cast onto your project, they see the project brief and any material needed to do the work, under a confidentiality agreement.

We do not share enquiry data with anyone else, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected through the enquiry form.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and unhappy with the outcome, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. We do not maintain a mailing list, so there is nowhere to notify you from.
