Terms of service
Last updated 26 August 2026
These terms cover this website and the free tools on it. Project work is governed by the signed statement of work, which takes precedence over anything here.
01The website
This site and its contents are published by AllCapStudio. You may read, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of it, or use it to train a model for commercial redistribution, without written permission.
02The free tools
The calculators and templates are provided as they are, with no warranty. They run in your browser, they do not transmit what you enter, and their output is an estimate intended for planning.
Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a production commitment. A runtime estimate is arithmetic, not a promise about how a voice artist will read on the day.
03Quotes and prices
Prices shown on this site are starting points and are not offers. A binding price exists only in a written quote, and it holds for 30 days from the date it is issued.
04Project terms
Production work runs under a statement of work covering scope, deliverables, schedule, revision rounds and fees. Standard commercial terms: 50% to book, 50% on delivery, net 14.
Retainers are billed monthly in advance with 30 days’ notice to terminate. Where a project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit covers work completed to that point and is not refundable.
05Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the delivered films, project files and assets transfers to you. Third-party licences for music, stock, voice and talent are bought in your name where the licence permits, and any that cannot be are listed in the delivery note along with their terms.
06Portfolio use
We would like to show the work in our portfolio and reels. If that does not suit you, say so before the project starts and we will record the restriction in the statement of work at no cost. We never publish work still under embargo.
07Liability
Our liability on any project is capped at the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost business opportunity.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, and the courts of the United States have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions to [email protected].
