Volume is the strategy
One polished hero ad is a bet. Twelve variants against a live audience is a read. We are set up to ship in batches on a monthly cadence, which is a different production model from a single brand film and priced accordingly.
S-04Video Ads & UGC
Paid social does not reward the best single ad. It rewards the team that can put fifteen credible variants into the auction and read the results.

AWhy this way
One polished hero ad is a bet. Twelve variants against a live audience is a read. We are set up to ship in batches on a monthly cadence, which is a different production model from a single brand film and priced accordingly.
We build hook batteries: the same concept with a dozen openings. The opening is what the auction is actually testing. Everything after second three is a much smaller lever than most teams expect.
Synthetic creator video is genuinely useful for testing hooks at volume and genuinely worse than a real creator at carrying a product story. We use it where it helps, label it where we use it, and will tell you when it will cost you more in trust than it saves in budget.
BWhat ships
Included as standard, not quoted as extras once the project is already underway.
CStyles
We recommend one on the first call and tell you what it costs against the alternatives.
Real creators, filmed on a phone. Still the highest-converting format on Meta and TikTok.
Direct to camera, high trust, cheap to produce and easy to iterate.
Animated, for products where there is nothing physical to hold up.
Synthetic reads for volume testing. We label these and explain the trade-offs.

EHow it runs
Six stages
Every stage ends in a written approval. No stage starts before the one before it closes.
A 45-minute call and a written brief back to you the same week. We ask what the video is competing against for attention, who has to approve it, and what happens if it works. If a video is the wrong fix, this is where we say so.
We assign the project from our partner bench: a director, an animator and an editor picked for this brief rather than whoever is free. You see who is on it and the work they have done before, not just a studio reel.
Two drafts. Written against your sales calls and your positioning, not your feature list. Nothing goes to storyboard until the script is approved, because every problem is cheaper to fix here than anywhere downstream.
Style frames and a timed storyboard. You approve the look and the beat structure before a single frame is animated or a crew is booked. This is the last cheap stage, and we use it properly.
Production or animation, sound design, grade and mix. You see a rough cut at the halfway mark rather than a finished film at the end, so notes land while they are still inexpensive to act on.
Master file, cutdowns, vertical crops, captions and source project files. Ownership transfers on delivery. The work, the assets and the licences are yours.
FQuestions
Plan on eight to fifteen live variants per concept to get a usable read within a normal budget cycle. Fewer than that and you are reading noise. Our monthly batches are sized around this rather than around a fixed number of finished films.
