The hospital line is not paperwork
It is the one field on the sheet that exists for the worst day. Fill it in properly — name, address and phone — and put it where someone can find it in ten seconds without scrolling.

Crew, cast, schedule, weather and the nearest emergency department. Fill it in and print the PDF the night before, without opening a spreadsheet you have to reformat.
Describe the shoot and let an assistant draft the sheet: staggered call times by department, a running schedule built around the setups, and a lunch break in the right place. It will not invent an address, a hospital or anyone's phone number — those stay yours to fill in.
Kept in this browser as you type, so a refresh will not lose the sheet. Nothing is uploaded — crew contact details never leave your machine.

NOTEWorth knowing
It is the one field on the sheet that exists for the worst day. Fill it in properly — name, address and phone — and put it where someone can find it in ten seconds without scrolling.
The DP arriving with the sparks and the talent arriving at the same time produces an hour of people standing around. Stagger the times per person and the day starts moving on the first setup rather than the third.
People plan travel the evening before. A call sheet that lands at 7am has already failed for anyone driving. Send by 8pm, and put the address in a form a sat-nav will accept.
No, and that is deliberate. The prompt tells it to leave names, contacts, addresses and emergency details empty rather than guess. It drafts the parts that are safe to draft: the running schedule and staggered call times by department. A made-up emergency number on a call sheet is worse than a blank one.
ENDWhen planning is done
The tools handle the arithmetic. Directing, animating and cutting the thing is the part we are actually for.
