Match the ratio to the delivery
Boarding a vertical cut in 16:9 and cropping later is how heads get chopped and captions land on faces. If the film ships to Reels or TikTok, board it 9:16 from the start.
Timings turn a board into a schedule
Put a duration under each panel and the total tells you whether the script fits the runtime before anyone books a crew. It is the cheapest edit you will ever make.
