Showing the inside of a pump without cutting one open

An exploded-view 3D build for a trade show loop and the product page, made from CAD the engineering team already had.
The problem
Arcline's advantage is inside the pump: a seal arrangement that competitors cannot match and nobody can see. They had been carrying a physical cutaway model to trade shows, which was heavy, fragile and only usable by one person at a time.
What we did
Their engineering team already had the CAD. We rebuilt it for render rather than for manufacture, decimating geometry, authoring materials and staging an exploded view that separates in the order an engineer would explain it. Shot against a seamless studio backdrop so it drops onto any booth screen or product page without a background clash.
What shipped
- 65-second 3D animation, seamless loop
- Silent booth cut and narrated web cut
- Still renders for spec sheets
- Turntable loop for the product page
- Blender project and render setup
Outcome
Ran on the booth screen at three shows and replaced a physical cutaway model.
Finished films and full case notes are shared on request, limited to what the client has cleared for release.
